What side effects did you experience while on this medication?

I experienced temporary hearing loss with nerve aggravation. I have extremely dry eyes with vision blurring so that reading becomes impossible. Suffered from dehydration trated by potassium and antibiotics. Now on a lower dose but I think the prebiotics that I take daily help with stomach problems.
